Celia Visser lives and breathes design. Her passion for innovation and quality is matched only by her commitment to client satisfaction. Within the kitchen design industry, she’s respected for consistent excellence that has won her multiple awards.

Celia’s immense real-world experience rests on a foundation of internationally-recognised kitchen, bathroom and spatial design qualifications, gained in New Zealand and overseas.

Celia has been in the design and construction industry for 28 years, and is currently a member of the Certified Designers Society, NKBA and DINZ.  A past Vice President of the National Kitchen and Bathroom Association, she is a regular contributor to the design pages of magazines and newspapers, as well as a practiced public speaker and educator.

Her broad life experiences have given her a special understanding of how homes need to work on both a functional and emotional level for all stages of clients lives. Celia is married to Frank has four sons and ten grandchildren.  She enjoys travel, wine, and art, which she draws on for inspiration in all her designs.

Ruth-Ann Seatter

Accounts Manager

Ruth-Ann came on board with CVD at the beginning of 2018, she brings with her a wealth of industry knowledge in the accounts arena and having worked for over 35years in numerous accounts roles, has honed hers skills as an efficient, effective accounts manager.

Ruth-Ann has predominately worked in the interior design sector and therefore has a great understanding on how our projects flow and therefore ensures our clients are kept up to date and happy along the way.

Sara Visser

Sara Visser has been with the company for 17 years ongoing.  Celia initially bought her in to implement the accounting & operational systems and has stayed with the company ever since.  Sara has been involved in all facets of the business over the 10 years and has bought invaluable support and growth to the business since coming onboard.

Since having her children Sara has slowed down a little and is now in the process of working on all of CVD’s marketing and social media development.  Sara has a passion for design and still loves seeing every project that we create.

Celia Visser is an experienced public speaker and educator and in the last decade has had the opportunity to speak at numerous events throughout NZ.

For years Celia was a regular speaker at the Auckland Homeshow, Home Ideas Centre, and NKBA, then decided to extended her speaking to other events around NZ, some of them being BLUM, NZ Design Show, HAFELE, and MERCEDES BENZ to name a few.
